At Benchmark4Excellence, our focus is to help the Facility Management and Administration of K-12 School Districts tell their story. The detailed, independent, and personalized metrics give insight into staffing, employee compensation, material and contract costs, as well as energy management, costs, and consumption.
We facilitate networking between districts in regional areas to allow for sharing of best practices and resources, while offering benchmark comparisons to demonstrate how each district is operating.
