Texas Maintenance and Operations Benchmarking Study
This study will focus on Maintenance and Operations. Comparisons will be made across over 50
different parameters. New features have been added including looking at salary and wage
information and use of Technology. The study will look at these activities:
- Building Maintenance
- Custodial Operations
- Temperature Control and Energy Utilization
- Water and Waste
- M+O Administration
Timing:
- Districts can begin signing up starting on July 1st, 2024.
- All data will need to be submitted by December 15th, 2024.
- Results will be available prior to User Conference on April 16th, 2025.
